The Refugee Assistance provides advice and support to asylum seekers and temporarily accepted women, men, and children, helping them find their way in legal matters and manage daily life. The goal is to enable integration through various programs and training and to accompany people on their sometimes challenging journey.

Mintegra offers information and social counseling for non-native speakers and has various integration offers.

Consultation for Women

infra: Information and Consultation Center for Women

At infra, women can seek advice on various topics - even anonymously.

Infra supports women in finding solutions for their current life situation. In addition to general counseling, free legal advice by female lawyers is also offered.

A special offer for migrant women is the integra project. Here, information events on topics of particular interest to migrant women are organized with translation:

  • Individual counseling in the mother tongue.

  • The course "integra abc" for easier integration of migrant women into the Liechtenstein labor market.

  • Reading-Writing Service.

    Consultation for Men

    The Association for Men's Issues provides advice and information on various topics of

    manhood in the context of societal changes as well as the development of corresponding offers. The focal points are lifelong goals

    within four thematic areas:

    Caritas Liechtenstein

    Caritas Liechtenstein is a counseling and contact point for individuals in Liechtenstein.

    The services are free of charge.

    Caritas offers:

    • Social counseling for individuals seeking help in Liechtenstein and support in clarification.

    • Budget counseling.

    • Reading and writing service: Some individuals have difficulties reading, understanding, or writing German. They are supported, for example, in filling out forms.

      Please note:

      If you do not speak or understand German, you must bring your own translator.

    • Caritas summer camp for children living in Liechtenstein.

    • KulturLegi: This is a card that can be used to participate in cultural, sports, or educational offerings.

    Parent-Child Forum

    The Parent-Child Forum is an educational and counseling center. Questions regarding family and education are the focus here.

    The services are available to all individuals living in Liechtenstein and include the following, among others:

    • Information on childcare.

    • Early support and home visiting program.

    • Various courses such as babysitting courses or parent meetings.

    The Parent-Child Forum also offers discussion groups in various languages. Women and men from different cultures come together to talk about education, prevention, and health.

    The services are free of charge.

    Liechtenstein Red Cross: Mother and Father Counseling

    The Mother and Father Counseling offers home visits and consultations over the phone or in a consulting office in a municipality.

    In the lowlands, these are Eschen, Mauren, and Ruggell; in the highlands Balzers, Schaan, Triesen, Triesenberg, and Vaduz.

    The services are for parents and caregivers of children between 0 and 5 years old.

    Topics may include:

    • Breastfeeding and nutrition

    • Care and development

    • Education and parental role

    Family Network Liechtenstein

    The services offered by the Family Network Liechtenstein are aimed at parents with children between 0 and 5 years.

    The services also support new parents who may not speak German well or have few contacts.

    The conversations take place at home, at the network, or over the phone.

    The counseling sessions are free of charge.
